Lindsey: I think this is the starting of a beautiful relationship.

Rory: I started moving forward in my business.
Logan smiles.
Logan: really?
Rory: yep, I’m pretty excited.

Logan: your what?
Honor: I’m pregnant.

Logan: well Honor, we’re gonna go.
Honor: your leaving?
Logan: yeah, it still looks like it’s gonna be a while.

Lorelai and Rory are sitting on the porch steps. It’s night time.
Lorelai: well we haven’t done this in along time.
Rory smiles.
Rory: no we haven’t.
Logan walks out.
Logan: hey Ace, Josh just called, he wants me to bring him some food.
Rory looks up at him.
Logan: don’t worry, I’ll go by myself.
Rory: are you sure? I can come with you, and maybe it would be easier, we could just stay with Tristan, or my grandma and grandpa.
Logan: well that sounds good for me, but you should spend some time here, and try to mend your fences with Jess.
Lorelai: and plus grandma and grandpa are getting ready to leave to Hawaii.
Rory: what?
Lorelai: yeah I got a letter in the mail announcing they we’re going.
Rory: really?
Lorelai: yeah.
Logan: ladies?
Rory smiles.
Logan: I’ll call Tristan on the way there, and then when Honor gets like to 9, I’ll call you.
Lorelai glances up to Logan puzzled.
Lorelai: how will you know when she gets to 9, and how do you know she won’t have the baby by the time Rory can get there?
Logan: she’s still at 3 centimeters, and she’s been at it all day. Josh comes to give us the 30 minute report, I think he just does that so he can escape the wrath or my sister.
Lorelai giggles.
Lorelai: okay, that poor girl…..ugh labor sucks.
Logan: well Ace, I’ll see you.
Logan bends down and kisses Rory.
Rory: bye.
Logan gets into his car and leaves. Lorelai looks at Rory.
Lorelai: you look happy.
Rory: I am.
Lorelai: that’s good, and I’m really happy for you, but what about Jess?
Rory: what about Jess?
Lorelai: you haven’t seemed your self since you and Jess haven’t been talking.
Rory sighs.
Rory: I haven’t been myself since the Jess fight, but Jess is right, I can’t tell him not to date when I’m dating.
Lorelai does a small grin.
Lorelai: well you know Jess loves you, and he will always love you and even if he was to get married and have children, he would still love you?
Rory: yeah I know, but what hurts the most is that sometimes, I want to love him like he loves me, but I’m scared. I’m scared he’s gonna take off when something goes wrong, or he’s gonna leave when he says I love you.
Lorelai: Rory, Jess is a changed man, he’s not the rebel boy you fell for, yes he has the same face, the same attitude, but he’s got a different heart, and maybe this time the hearts ready to love you.
Rory looks down. Luke walks out.
Luke: would you girls like some ice cream?
Lorelai: would we?
Luke walks back inside.
Lorelai (excitedly): were getting ice cream.
Lorelai stands up.
Lorelai: get happy, were getting ice cream.
Rory cracks up laughing.
Lorelai: what? What’s so funny?
Rory: rebel boy? Man?
Lorelai giggles. Luke walks out, and hands a bowl of ice cream to Lorelai.
Luke: um……maybe the last thing Rory needs is ice cream.
Lorelai: maybe.

Paris and Doyle are sitting down at Luke’s.
Paris: can you get me some ketchup.
Doyle: but I just got up.
Paris: you left me in Florida.
Doyle: fine.
Doyle gets up, he goes over to Luke.
Doyle: you got any ketchup?
Luke: what’s wrong with you?
Doyle: well ever since I left Paris in Florida, she’s been a living nightmare.
Luke stares at Doyle.
Luke: didn’t you think she would be?
Doyle: well yeah for a little bit, but not this long.
Luke hands Doyle some ketchup. Doyle walks back over to the table.
Paris: hey will you get me some lemon juice?
Doyle: lemon juice? What do you need lemon juice for?
Paris: why’d you leave me in Florida?
Doyle: god Paris.
Doyle gets down on one knee.
Doyle: will you marry me?
Paris looks at Doyle.
Doyle: will you?
Everyone is starring at them.
Paris: oh Doyle. Of course I’ll marry you.
Doyle and Paris kiss.

Taylor: Attention. I’m calling to order this town meeting. We have quite a few important things to discuss here tonight.
Miss Patty: hurry up, the pilot of Lost comes on fox tonight, for the very first time.
Babette: isn’t Lost already a TV show?
Miss Patty: yeah, but I never got to see the pilot.
Taylor clears his throat.
Miss Patty: sorry Taylor don’t get your thong all in a bunch.
Everyone laughs.
Taylor: okay if everyone is done with that, Rory?
Rory: yes Taylor?
Taylor: I thought you said you were opening up a paper?
Rory: I am.
Taylor: well where is it?
Rory: well there’s no place to start a paper.
Taylor: oh. Okay, well…..
Tristan walks in.
Tristan: hello good people of Stars Hollow.
Tristan walks over to Rory’s row.
Tristan: hey Rory, it’s good to see you.
Rory stands up and hugs Tristan. Jess looks the other way.
Taylor: who are you?
Tristan: I am Tristan Dugray, you must be Taylor.
Taylor: yes I am, and were kinda having a meeting.
Tristan: I can see that, I have an issue that I would like to be discussed.
Taylor: you have an issue, who would have thought.
Miss Patty: shut up Taylor, go on honey.
Tristan: thank you Miss Patty.
Tristan winks at Miss Patty.
Tristan: I have recently been blessed with some money, and I don’t know what to do with all of it, so I’m starting to give it away, I would like to give Stars Hollow 50,000 dollars.
Everyone gasp.
Tristan: and every Stars Hollow citizen, that includes children, gets 100 dollars out of it.
Everyone gasp again. Tristan pulls a check out of his pocket, and sets it in front of Taylor.
Tristan: thank you.
Tristan leaves.
Taylor: well okay then, tomorrow we will have that organized.

Rory is sitting at a table at Luke’s looking on her laptop. Lorelai and Luke are sitting at the bar eating pie, Jess is at table close to Rory’s reading a book. Nobody else is in there.
Luke: Rory you want some pie?
Rory: sure?
Luke: Jess, bring this pie to Rory.
Jess goes over to bar grabs the pie, and brings it over to Rory. Rory looks up at him, but Jess turns around.
Lorelai: what are you looking at Rory?
Rory: houses.
Lorelai: houses? For what?
Rory: for me.
Lorelai: what?
Rory: well mom, you have April, Luke, and Paul Anka staying with you. And plus I’m 22, I think it’s time I find myself a house.
Lorelai: oh okay.
Jess looks at Rory. Luke looks at Jess.
Luke: will you be looking to buy them in Stars Hollow?
Rory: oh of course.
Jess smiles and continues to read.

Dean: good morning beautiful.
Lindsey hooks her arm around Dean’s.
Lindsey: well good morning to you too.
Dean leads Lindsey to the gazebo.
Lindsey: what are we doing here?
Dean: I have something to ask you.
Lindsey: okay.
Dean looks down at his feet.
Lindsey: are you okay?
Dean: yeah.
Lindsey: are you sure?
Dean: yeah, but if I ask you this question, and you say “no” would we still be together?
Lindsey: well I don’t know the question, but I’m pretty sure
Dean sighs.
Dean: Lindsey, will you move in with me?
Lindsey looks down.
Lindsey: Dean, I love you, I love you a lot, and I think we belong together…..
Dean: but…
Lindsey: but I’m not sure if were really ready to move in together yet.
Dean looks down.
Lindsey: I think it may be too soon, we just started going out again.
Dean shakes his head.
Lindsey: hey, look at me.
Dean looks at Lindsey.
Lindsey: just because I don’t want to move in right now, doesn’t mean I won’t ever want to move in with you, and of course were still together.
Dean and Lindsey kiss.
Lindsey: plus, you kinda live with your parents.
Dean: yeah that would be kinda awkward.
Lindsey: but we could start looking for a house.
Dean: yeah.

April: hey Adam.
Adam turns around.
Adam: oh hey April.
April: Whatcha doing?
Adam: thinking of an awesome date plan.
April: what?
Adam: thinking of date, God April your so out of wack.
April smiles a small smile.
April: can I see it?
Adam: of course not, it’s for you.
April: well…..
Adam: well I’ll pick you up at 7 o’clock tonight, be ready. And wear something comfortably fancy.
April: what?
Adam: you no something that’s comfortable, but then it’s really quite fancy?
April: no, but I’ll find something.
Adam: great, see you tonight.
Adam pecks April’s cheek. April leaves.

Lorelai: well I guess I better be getting to work.
Luke looks at Lorelai.
Luke: alright, well meet me at the gazebo at 6 o’clock
Lorelai: okay, I can do that.
Lorelai and Luke kiss. Lorelai leaves. Kirk leans over the counter and grabs the sugar.
Luke: what are you doing Kirk?
Kirk: getting sugar.
Luke: well your not aloud behind the counter.
Kirk: Lorelai does it.
Luke: Lorelai’s my girlfriend.
Kirk looks around.
Kirk: if I grow my hair out, I could be your girlfriend.
Kirk flashes his eyelashes. Ceaser starts to laugh.
Ceaser: come on Luke he’s just as pretty as Lorelai.
Luke shakes his head.
Luke: back to work Ceaser.
Zach rushes in.
Zach: sorry I’m late, umm…..hold up at home.
Zach runs into the kitchen, there’s a loud crash.
Kirk (girly): think about it.
Luke: Kirk?
Kirk: yeah?
Luke: leave.
Kirk: you can’t do that, I’m eating breakfast.
Luke pulls a sign out, that says “I can refuse to serve anyone.” Kirk reads it.
Kirk: well I’m not anyone.
Luke grabs a Sharpie® and scribbles something down, the sign now reads “I can refuse to serve Kirk.” Kirk reads it and looks at Luke.
Kirk: I can’t believe you. I don’t want you to be my boyfriend now.
Kirk storms out.

April: what do you think of this one? Comfortably fancy?
Lorelai look over the black sweater.
Lorelai: perfect.
April pulls out a mini skirt and a pair of black leggings.
Lorelai: oh that screams comfortably fancy.
April: really?
Lorelai: yeah.
The timer on the oven goes off.
April: I guess that’s your key to leave?
Lorelai smiles.
Lorelai: I have something that would go with that perfectly.
Lorelai runs upstairs grabs something from her jewelry box, and runs back downstairs.
Lorelai: here.
Lorelai holds out a silver chain with a square diamond on it. April takes it.
April: oh my gosh, that’s really pretty.
Lorelai: it’s real.
April gasp.
April: I couldn’t wear it then.
April tries to hand it back to Lorelai.
Lorelai: yes you can, it’ll match you perfectly.
April: if it’s real, then it’s expensive.
Lorelai: I didn’t buy it, my mother did, and someone needs to wear it.
April smiles. The oven timer goes off again.
Lorelai: I gotta go, have fun.
Lorelai leaves. April gets dressed. There’s a knock at the door.
April: come in.
The door opens.
Adam: April?
April: I’m in here.
Adam looks around.
Adam: in where?
April comes to the door.
April: right here.
Adam looks April over.
Adam: wow. You look really pretty.
April smiles shyly.
April: thanks.
Adam: are you ready?
April looks around.
April: I guess so.
Adam grabs April’s hand.
Adam: then let’s go.

Luke is sitting at the gazebo. Lorelai walks up the steps.
Lorelai: sorry I’m late I was helping April with some stuff.
Luke: what kind of stuff?
Lorelai: she’s going on a date with Adam.
Luke: who?
Lorelai: Adam, Miss Patty’s nephew.
Luke nods his head.
Luke: I didn’t know April was already dating.
Lorelai: she’s thirteen Luke, she’s gonna date.
Luke: I know, I guess it’s just hard you know?
Lorelai: yeah.
Lorelai sits down next to Luke.
Lorelai: so? What are we going to do on this marvelous date?
Luke: this.
Luke gets down on one knee.
Lorelai: Luke?
Luke: Lorelai Victoria Gilmore, I’ve known you, I guess since forever, and I just wanted to say that I love you, we’ve been through thick and thin, and rough and soft, and somehow or another we made it through, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you, and I hope you want to spend yours with me? Will you marry me?
Lorelai looks at Luke, and a tear rolls down her face.

Zach walks in the front door.
Zach: Lane?
Mrs. Kim comes rushing up to Zach.
Mrs. Kim: I’m taking the boys to come and stay the night with me, you need to talk to your wife.
Mrs. Kim leaves with the boys.
Zach: Lane?
Zach walks to the bathroom, and knocks on the door. Lane opens it.
Zach: are you okay?
Lane: no.
Zach: why not?
Lane: it’s positive.

Jess puts one hand on the wheel and looks down at the floor board to look for a CD. When he looks up a tree is straight in front of him, he hit’s the tree, his head hit’s the steering wheel, and the car comes to a crashing stop.
